Country cozy house with pool Mallorca 4pax
Situated in the pretty Mallorcan village of Andratx, within a 7-minute drive from the cosmopolitan fishing town of Port d'Andratx and the nearby beaches of Camp de Mar or the clear waters of Sant Telm. A perfect base to explore our beautiful island, for example, the Tramuntana mountains, perfect for trekking or cycling; the typical village cultures; or the beauty of the capital city, Palma. Of course, there are also many beaches and calas to visit, or if you prefer, just chill by the pool and enjoy the views of the valley surrounded by almond trees.

A self-contained newly renovated house with pool located in a finca on a hill just outside Andratx village, this small casita was used for agricultural purposes and built with sand stone.
This charming country house has been designed for four adults or two adults and two children. The house has 2 bedrooms, one double on the ground floor and one in the open-plan loft above the living room, a kitchen with dining area, living room (with flat-screen tv) with a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with shower and toilet. We provide our guests with bed linen and towels (for bathroom and beach/pool).
There is a gas barbecue on the terrace which has amazing views of the valley. The perfect spot for a glass of wine as the sun is setting behind the mountains.
It has a very particular pool which was an old irrigation pond built with the typical stones of the area: “call marés'.
On the finca, there is a resident donkey who loves to interact with people.
Parking on the finca is available, we recommend you rent a car at the airport.
The traditional market takes place every Wednesday, next to the town hall. You may also wish to visit the local art museum: CCA Andratx, just a 5-minute drive away, and we also suggest the Santa Catarina Vineyard.
We'd like to advise parents of young children that the house is in a rural area and has a pool, therefore children must be supervised.
The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According to this law the property is available for seasonal renting, however, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

For water sports or fishing the Port of Andratx offers many possibilities such as snorkelling, kayaking, paddle surfing and sailing. For golfers, one of the best-known 18-hole golf course on the island, Golf of Camp de Mar, is located just a few minutes’ drive away from the house. There are signed walking trails through the mountains that can be enjoyed all-year-round. For cyclists and motorcycle enthusiasts, the island offers an excellent opportunity for traveling around the island and enjoying the panoramic views.
Reminder to the families with children, the house is in a rural area with pool and children must be supervised by parents.
Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking.
We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.
There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.
Prices are for this property in Euros.
Bookings also taken for December through to March. Long winter rental prices on request.
Refundable deposit required for any willful damage to the property or its contents, to be paid upon arrival.
Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee of 50€ which can be paid in cash on arrival.
All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge.
No pets allowed.
Any parties are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
Not adapted for disabled guests.

A lovely house perfectly located for those who prefer a rather rural life in a great landscape that is only 15 mins (by car) away from the beach.The pools size would match olympic requirements but my boys hat a awful lot of fun there. Compliments to Toni and the team for making us looked perfectly after in a very comforting way.We very much enjoyed our stay.

Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Woche in der wunderschön gelegenen finca! Es ist unglaublich ruhig und der Blick auf die Berge ist toll! Wir haben abends den Grill genutzt (die Küche ist super ausgestattet um zu kochen/grillen) und einen atemberaubenden Blick in den Sternenhimmel genossen. Die Einrichtung ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

We visited the cosy house for the second time - and again we had a wonderful time. Close to Andratx and Port Andratx you are in reach of restaurant, markets, beaches (St Elms) . The house has a wonderful atmosphere and you can relax sitting on its terrace looking over the small hills surrounding Andratx.

Wonderful place to stay in the hills near Andratx. Very peaceful, quiet atmosphere with a great view from the terrace and the clear pool over the valley. Everything in the house was very clean and well organized.Thank you , Salvador, for your kindness at the check in and excellent organization.
