The swimming pool area is beautifully designed, can be fully heated with outside shower, lounge and dining options under the shade or enjoying the sun.
The house has a sophisticated modern sunny interior, with high quality furnishings and decoration. Enter through the impressive hallway with glass chandelier, on the ground level you will find the open lounge with leather sofas, flat screen tv and gas flame fireplace. There is an incredible kitchen with high quality Miele equipment, food and drinks fridges, and everything needed for cooking at home. The dining area with fold back glass doors looks out at the swimming pool, it can be completely open or closed depending on the weather.
A second kitchen with breakfast area, wine fridge, fridge freezer and dishwasher opens to the outside bar and kitchen area with Weber gas BBQ.
On this level there is a twin room with two single beds and ensuite bathroom. Laundry area, guest toilet and another full bathroom close to the pool area.
Upstairs are two spacious double bedrooms with ensuite luxury bathrooms. The first has terraces with views to the pool and the sea, the second bedroom looks to the pool with access to the roof lounge area.
The house has a demotic operations system. It is equipped with many large TV, German satellite and sonos speakers for playing music. Fully air-conditioned, and for the cooler months it can be reversed to hot. There is also underfloor heating, a gas flame fire in the lounge and a wood burning stove in the dining area.

The marina of Cala D’Or has superb water front restaurants and cafeterias and is about 1 km away. Close by there is a pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, pubs with live music and shops. Several lovely sandy coves such as Cala Gran, Cala D’Or and Cala Esmeralda and the charming fishing villa Porto Petro .
There are tennis courts available to hire at Tennis Club Cala d’Or and an 18-hole golf course at Vall Dor, within a 10 to 15-minute drive with spectacular views out over the Mediterranean sea.
Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.
We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.
There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.

Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded in 5 working days after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or BIC number) either before or on arrival.
Bookings also taken for December to March. Long winter rental prices on request.
Added to the booking price will be the electricity which is not included, this will be a charge of 0,35€ per kWh by the meter reading. The numbers on the clock will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.
The villa is fully-prepared during winter holiday, it has centralized heating by gas, to be paid on the metre rate, that's 0.25 € per kWh by the meter reading. It is not included in the booking price that. It has to be paid on the check out day, applicable from October to April..
From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved.
All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge.
We can only host adults and babies up to 2 years old.
Only adults from 28 years old can stay in the property.
Any kinds of parties and celebrations are not allowed.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
Youth groups are not allowed.
