This holiday villa is the perfect place for you and your family to enjoy your own little paradise. It is located in the quiet and coastal residential area of Son Serra de Marina, only 2 minutes from the sea.
This villa has a great family atmosphere with various outside areas and a garden. The front porch has lovely sea views. It is fully equipped with everything you need to ensure the most pleasant stay. It has 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds, a living room, bathroom, kitchen and terraces around the house, to enjoy the sunny days. It has air-conditioning in the living-dining room and extra fans in the bedrooms. We politely ask you to be responsible with energy consumption
For your al-fresco nights there is a barbeque on one of the outside patios, surrounded by colourful bougainvillea flowers.
Satellite TV with free channels (German and English) and free wifi. Parking space at the house.

Son Serra de Marina is a very special part of Mallorca, where there are no big hotels because it is a protected area. It has a beautiful natural sandy beach, which is part of the protected natural park, with crystalline clear waters to enjoy swimming and water-sports.
It will take you less than 2 minutes to enjoy this special sandy beach, Start the morning with a walk along the sand listening to the sound of the sea and of course, take the first dip of the day.
In the area you will find a few great restaurants and cafes, as well as the typical Spanish tapas bar. The supermarket is conveniently located a short distance from the villa.
There are may other beaches and calas close by, such as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Alcudia and Cala Ratjada.
Why not rent a paddle surf or kayak? and depending on the weather it is also a top spot for surfing and windsurfing.
A 10 minute drive takes you to Can Picafort where you'll find leisure, nightlife, shopping facilities and much more.
From Palma de Mallorca airport it’s around a 50-60 minute drive by car.
Arrival at 15:00h, departure at 10:00h. We work hard to accommodate everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.
We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.

Please note if your arrival to the property is between 21:00 and 23:00, there is a late check in fee of 50€ which can be paid in cash on arrival.
